The IABC Victoria board is an experienced and committed group of volunteers, who meet monthly to help run your local chapter. With a broad scope of expertise and knowledge, the Board is currently looking for a new dedicated Secretary/Treasurer – with innovative ideas and the time to commit to 5 – 10 hours per month.
It's the perfect position for someone who is interested in extending themselves professionally, giving back to the communications profession and widing their professional network through the wonderful communications community in Victoria.
The position requires preparation and control of the annual budget, liasing with our bookkeeper to prepare monthly and annual reporting, organising board meetings and strategy days, calling for agenda items, sending agendas, taking minutes at board meetings, amoungst other things.
